Just a few simple steps:

Find the order number corresponding to the item(s) you purchased and want to return;
Send an email to info@mamimobymvc.com writing the order number and short description of the goods you wish to return and the reason.
Depending on the city you are in, we will initiate the return procedures;
Once we receive your return, we will verify the correctness of the return procedure return and conformity of the product (the goods must be returned intact and in a normal state of conservation).
In case of a positive outcome, we will refund the purchase amount.
